Fabric Swatches, HIIT & Lifting

I tried out a different HIIT workout I found yesterday, oh how I love Pinterest, one moment I find a cute dress, then a yummy recipe then a killer workout :)



It was an intense workout, seriously, oh my goodness I was just dripping sweat when I got done!  These are definitely the way to go for burning off body fat, I'd much rather do 20 minutes of HIIT workouts than run for 30-45 minutes!

I got my fabric swatches in the mail yesterday, yay!!!!  Bella had a great time helping me pick out the fabric.  Kyle liked them and we all agreed on one :)


The photo doesn't do the fabric justice, I tried to take it in the sunlight to show off the sparkle of #5 because that is the one we picked.  I will be super sparkly standing up on that stage! :)

My workout this morning was tough, I was probably tired from the HIIT workout yesterday afternoon but I'll get used to it.  I plan on doing HIIT on Monday, Tuesday, track sprints on Thursday and HIIT on Friday.  We'll see how lean that gets me over the next few weeks.

I pushed through the workout this morning, my shoulders were tired right away, the end was so tough with the 3x50's, Kyle really created a KILLER shoulder routine with that one!  I did wake up this morning feeling as though my abs somehow shrunk, that was a good feeling, motivates me more to really "hit" the HIIT workouts hard :)
