2 Mile Run

Yesterday was a 2 mile run day, it is quite handy that from my work's driveway to the gas station on the corner is exactly one mile. Super helpful when this lady still has no iPod to use her Nike+ awesomeness with :( I must say I don't know how much longer I can handle running without music, some people love it, but it is not for me. My thoughts are just insane, or I start to think, what should I be thinking about on my runs? I focus on my breathing mostly but yesterday the focus was also, when in the hell are you going to get Bella's bedroom finished and get your longie pant orders done???

Ok, ok, back to the run. It was AWESOME, yes even without the music and with my crazy thoughts. It was 49 degrees, can you believe it, 49 degrees in Iowa in January! I was grateful for the glorious day to run in running tights, shorts, dry fit t-shirt, and a long sleeved shirt and it was perfect :)
