Yesterday was a hardcore ab workout and legs, Kyle changed up my leg workout and added more to it. Holy crap my abs and my legs were freaking killing me! It was a really great workout though :)
We took my body fat today and I am down to 15%, only about 6% to lose. We also took measurements and I was very happy with them. I've lost two inches in my waist, one inch on my chest, 2.25 inches in my hips and gained one inch on my shoulders!
I still feel like I'm not looking the best through my mid section, I need to start doing some different HIIT workouts I think. I found a few good ones to try out and will probably be doing them four times a week instead of three, I'm just anxious for more of my tummy fat to get GONE!
We did take photos, my upper body is looking awesome, mid section, legs and glutes still need quite a bit of work. I'm glad I still have 9 weeks to go :)
Now we did my first posing practice and these photos right after my workout, so I look like a sweaty hot mess, next time I hope to look better ;)
You can see I still have quite a bit of work to do on my damn abs, those lower abs with that last bit of fat, grrrrrrrrr, frustrating but I know it will go away, it has to!!! I'm so happy with how my back is coming along, I certainly will not be the girl with skinny legs at the competition, lol! I joked that it is difficult to do my strut because my damn thighs rub together, but I'll get it down. Not only do I have Kyle to help me but I also have David, he is helping me get my walk down, it's fun to do it with him :) I just have to pick my poses for the twalk so we can really get to work on that!
