I felt tired this morning, on my last chest workout I was thinking I would be able to go up to 30 lb dumbbells for the chest presses, nope! I had to stick with 25 pounds and struggled a bit.
Kyle added in a new crazy shoulder exercise at the end, five different moves ten times each, holy crap my shoulders were on FIRE!!!!
Tonight I will be doing cardio on the track, time for sprints and some abs :)
