Last night I lifted arms with David, as usual it was a nice, fun workout. I'm trying to add more weight to everything and do fewer reps, holy cow my arms were soooooooo dead after last nights workout!
On a completely off subject, David and I stopped by Target on our way home. The automatic doors were propped open and when we walked in, half of the lights were out and the rest were like flickering. It was BIZARRE, we felt like we were in the twilight zone. I felt sorry for the employees, they said it was clearly annoying and who knew when the power would go back to normal, that was a first for me at Target!
This morning was chest and shoulders. Kyle changed it up to where he was working out with me, I like it because I got to take breaks between sets, but then again I didn't like that. The break was nice but I'm used to continually lifting and getting almost a "cardio" feel out of my lifts and it didn't feel that way this morning.
It was good for my right shoulder though, oh man, it is really giving me some serious issues. Time to go in and see my chiro, hopefully he can get me adjusted, give me some ultrasound or stim therapy and get it fixed this afternoon! No cardio today because of my shoulder :( I never would have thought I'd be sad to have to skip a cardio workout! But the intense cardio sessions are making a really big difference on my abs, you know that very annoying lower ab "mommy" area I've had issues with, it is nearly gone, the cardio is making a HUGE difference with my abs!
