No more hammer strength machines for me, wow it is such a difference with the dumbbells!
I woke up this morning with a knot in my right shoulder, a headache and my right eye felt like someone was stabbing it. Yeah, lovely, NOT.
But I got my butt up, Kyle had my pre-workout drink ready for me and we were off to the gym.
I was tired for my warm up on the elliptical, my legs are really feeling it today! I was slow moving at home this morning so no abs today I'll be doing those tomorrow instead.
I'll be changing up how I list what I've lifted, I want to have the weight listed for myself to keep track on here. So I'll be sharing my logs from bodybuilding.com, you can even see some of the exercises :)
